Phase One · Week 1–2

Intelligence Audit

Before writing a single line of code or crafting a single word of copy, we conduct a thorough investigation of your market, your competitors, and your current digital footprint. We build a complete picture of the battlefield — so every decision we make is informed, not assumed.

This phase produces a written Audit Report that becomes the foundation of your entire strategy. You'll see exactly where opportunities exist and where your current efforts are falling short.

What Happens in Phase 1

  • Competitor digital analysis (top 5 competitors)
  • Current website conversion rate audit
  • Keyword and search opportunity mapping
  • Target audience psychology research
  • Social media presence assessment
  • Technical SEO health check
  • Written Audit Report delivered to client
02
Phase Two · Week 2–3

Growth Architecture

Using the Intelligence Audit as our foundation, we design a custom growth strategy built specifically around your business, your market, and your goals. This is not a generic plan pulled from a template — every element is tailored to your situation.

We present this strategy to you before execution begins. You have full visibility into what we'll build, why we're building it, and what results we're targeting. We move nothing forward without your sign-off.

What Happens in Phase 2

  • Full project scope finalised in writing
  • Timeline and milestone plan created
  • Content and messaging strategy developed
  • Design direction and wireframes (for web projects)
  • KPI framework agreed with client
  • Technology stack selected and documented
  • Strategy presentation and client approval

Phase Three · Week 3 Onwards

Precision Execution

With strategy approved, execution begins. We use our AI-accelerated production workflow to deliver faster than a traditional agency while maintaining the high standards our clients expect. You'll have access to a live project board and receive weekly status updates every Friday.

We don't disappear into a build cave. You can see progress in real time, provide feedback at each milestone, and have confidence that your project is moving forward with purpose.

What Happens in Phase 3

  • Development / campaign build begins
  • Live project board access for client
  • Weekly Friday progress updates
  • Milestone reviews with client approval gates
  • Quality assurance and testing
  • Revisions within agreed scope
  • Final delivery and client handover

Phase Four · Ongoing

Scale & Optimise

The best digital strategies are not static — they improve continuously. Phase 4 is an ongoing process of data-driven optimisation, A/B testing, and strategic iteration that compounds results over time. This is where the real long-term value is built.

Monthly reporting gives you full visibility into performance against your agreed KPIs. Monthly strategy calls keep both teams aligned and ensure we're always working on the highest-impact priorities.

What Happens in Phase 4

  • Monthly performance reports (real KPIs)
  • Monthly strategy review call
  • Continuous A/B testing and optimisation
  • SEO and content expansion
  • Conversion rate improvement cycles
  • Proactive strategy recommendations
  • Priority access for new requests

Process FAQs

How long does a typical project take? +
It depends on the scope. A straightforward 5-page website typically takes 3–5 weeks from kick-off to delivery. A full-featured web application or comprehensive SEO and social media engagement typically runs 8–16 weeks. We provide a specific timeline estimate during Phase 2, and we stick to it.
Will I have a dedicated point of contact? +
Yes. Every client has a dedicated account manager who is your primary point of contact throughout the engagement. You'll never be passed around between team members without context. Your account manager knows your project, your goals, and your preferences.
What do you need from me to get started? +
To begin, we need a signed agreement, the initial deposit, and completion of our onboarding questionnaire. The questionnaire covers your business, customers, competitors, goals, and preferences — it usually takes about 30 minutes to complete and is the foundation of everything we build together.
How will I know the project is on track? +
You'll have access to a live project board from day one and receive a structured weekly update every Friday. Major milestones are reviewed together before we proceed — you are involved, not just informed. We believe transparency and communication are what separate good agencies from great ones.
What happens after the project is delivered? +
All project packages include a post-delivery support period (duration outlined in your project agreement). After that, we offer ongoing retainer options for continued optimisation, marketing, and support. Many clients move naturally into a monthly Growth Engine engagement after their initial project.
Can I make changes to the project scope after we start? +
Yes, though scope changes are handled via a written change order and may affect the timeline and investment. We always discuss any changes transparently before proceeding so there are no surprises. Minor refinements within the agreed scope are handled as part of the normal revision process.
