Client Communication & Outreach Specialist
Remote Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible)

We are looking for someone who can represent VELOX AI professionally — handling client communication, outreach messages, follow-ups, and relationship management. This is a people-first role that is perfect for someone who is articulate, responsive, and genuinely enjoys talking to people.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Responding to inbound client enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Sending outreach messages to prospective clients on LinkedIn, Instagram, and email
  • Following up with leads who have shown interest but haven't committed
  • Scheduling and confirming strategy calls and meetings
  • Keeping our CRM updated with conversation notes and lead status
  • Writing short, clear client-facing messages and email replies
  • Flagging important client requests to the right team member
What We're Looking For
  • Excellent written English — clear, professional, and natural (not robotic)
  • Strong people skills — you genuinely enjoy communicating and building rapport
  • Organised and reliable — you follow up without being reminded
  • Comfortable using tools like Gmail, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM systems
  • Available for a few hours daily, consistently (not sporadic)
  • No specific degree required — we care about how you communicate, not your CV
Nice to Have (Not Required)
  • Experience in sales, client services, or customer support
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or agency work
  • Ability to write in Urdu/Roman Urdu for local outreach
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach or cold email
